Classes & Events

You will find us every Thursday from 7-10pm at the Irish Club on Carrington St in Adelaide CBD. Free street parking available and 5min walk from Victoria Square or City South Tram stop. View venue map

On your first night:

You do not need to bring a partner. Our classes are rotational so everyone dances with everyone.

Doors open at 6.30pm to give you plenty of time to find a park and make your way to the club.

You will be welcomed by a couple of our lovely teachers when you arrive and they will ask you to fill in some details and to pay for your class. Cash, card or EFT payments available.

Ask any questions you have and then make yourself comfortable!

What to bring:

A water bottle

Comfortable shoes with non grippy soles

Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in

A towel or a spare shirt if you think you might need them

A smile, positive energy and an open mind!

What’s happening between 7 & 10pm?

7pm – Beginner class. For all levels. We always start with an individual warm-up then we partner up and start learning. Whether it is your first or your hundredth time, you do not want to miss out!

7.45pm – social dancing time. We turn the lights down and put the mirror ball on. Invite someone to dance and enjoy the dance floor.

8.15pm – short break for a few announcements of our upcoming events

8.20pm – Students break into 2 groups: Fundamentals if you are new to Ceroc, Variations if you are a more experienced dancer and have done at least 6 to 8 weeks of our Fundamentals’ rotating curriculum.
